All Personal Data that the End User provides to Barg Continental, will be used by Barg Continental in the context of providing (intermediary) services in connection with the execution of the Agreement.
End User will ensure that the Personal Data that it provides is complete, accurate and up to date and that it is legally entitled to make use of this website, meaning that End User will in any event be at least sixteen (16) years old or older at the time End User makes a dinner cruise booking.
Why does Barg Continental collect, use and share your personal details?
Customer service : Sharing your details with our customer service allows for a quick response when you need us – including helping you find an appropriate entertainment and any questions you might have about your reservation.
